Dave Ferguson is a Washington, D.C.-based musician, composer, and producer whose work is rooted in a deep love of atmospheric and genre-driven sound.

Influenced by artists like Nine Inch Nails, Circa Survive, Thrice, Carpenter Brut, and The Midnight, his style blends cinematic tension with emotional depth, creating music that naturally lends itself to film and storytelling.

In his early years, he spent time touring in several popular local pop-punk & metal bands, building both his sound and a network of creative relationships that would later shape his transition into film.

That path led to composing and Executive Producing the 2014 cult film Easter Sunday, notably the final film of legendary actor Robert Z’Dar, as well as the unreleased feature Gorehammer. He later served as an Executive Producer on FredHeads: The Documentary, which reached number one on Amazon and held its top spot for five consecutive weeks.

Across music and film, his work continues to be driven by a passion for tone, atmosphere, and the kind of sound that stays with you long after the moment ends.
